Bartender / Mixologist – Island Yacht Club
Work on the Toronto Islands this summer, craft elevated cocktails, and be part of a high-energy team. (May–October). This is a hands-on role, you’ll be creating quality drinks, delivering great guest experiences, and supporting smooth, polished service during events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Execute efficient, high-quality bar service during clubhouse service & events
- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized bar
- Engage with guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Collaborate with Event, Kitchen, and Service teams
- Assist with bar prep, inventory, and breakdown
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Passion for mixology and presentation
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Available evenings + weekends
Pay & Perks
- Starting from $18.60/hour + gratuities with pay based on experience
- Work on Toronto’s Muggs Island all summer
