Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cannabis Associate (Budtender) to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our dispensary, vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting responsible cannabis use. You will be working with someone at all times as our store is set up that the storage room will be sending out what the customer requests (products).
This position is for evening shifts (6:30-11pm) and weekend (11am-3pm) or (3pm-11pm) shifts. Flexable hours for shifts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with product selection while providing knowledgeable, friendly guidance.
- Education: Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and safe usage of various cannabis products.
- Sales : Be able to sell products and complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive store sales.
- POS & Cash Handling: Operate POS systems (Cova) accurately for all transactions and manage cash handling and receipts efficiently.
- Compliance: Uphold strict compliance with all local legal regulations and company policies.
- Daily Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with regular inventory counts, audit stock levels accurately, and report any discrepancies to management to ensure compliance and prevent loss
- Taking initiative: Proof reading menus and informing management of errors, helping with socal media or giving ideas of sales and promos etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; hindi, tamil, cantonese and mandarin etc are a plus
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and basic math skills. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Industry Passion: A genuine passion for the cannabis industry and a strong commitment to responsible service.
Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour

Experience:
- Cannabis: 1 year (preferred)
