We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Update and manage client information within CRM systems and internal databases
- Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Support overall business development and sales activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred
- Comfortable with outbound calling and speaking with new clients daily
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, professional, and goal-oriented personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Pay: $39,520.00-$49,920.00 per year
