Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with soldering experience to join our team as a Production Engineer in our production department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory in the store, preparing materials for assembly, assisting with the assembly process, and utilizing your soldering skills when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products in the store.
- Perform regular stock checks and ensure accurate records of inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement team to reorder materials as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Material Preparation:
- Prepare materials and components for the assembly process according to production schedules and instructions.
- Utilize soldering skills to assemble or repair electronic components when necessary.
- Ensure that all materials are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
- Assist in the transportation of materials to the assembly area.
Assembly Support:
- Assist assembly workers in the production process by providing them with the necessary materials and components.
- Utilize soldering skills to assist in the assembly of electronic or mechanical components as required.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in soldering and assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
