Team Leader / Early Childhood Educator

At Precious Sprouts Childcare Centre, we believe in providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning through play.
We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Team Leader to join our program. We are seeking an educator who understands classroom programming, maintaining ratios, creating a well-organized classroom environment, and building strong relationships with children, families, and co-educators.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience working in Preschool, Kindergarten, and Out of School Care programs.
Qualifications Required:
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree (required)
- Current CPR Level C & First Aid Certification
- Child Development Worker or Supervisor Certification
- Minimum 4 years of childcare experience
- Experience working in Preschool, Kindergarten, and Out of School Care programs is required
- Experience working with children with speech delays is considered an asset
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
