We are seeking a dedicated Kombucha Brewery Assistant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the fermentation, bottling, and packaging of kombucha, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Operate equipment such as bottling lines and packaging machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support inventory management by organizing raw materials and finished products
- Conduct basic quality checks throughout the production process
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for food processing equipment
- Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and routine maintenance of brewing equipment as needed
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, ingredient mixing, and quality control
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with packaging processes in a manufacturing or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in a food processing environment
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills for brewing or manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety compliance
- Basic math skills for measurements, conversions, and quality assessments
