We’re looking for a Senior Line Cooks/Chef de Partie who are serious about their craft and want to be part of a kitchen that gives a damn about the food.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong technical skills and the ability to execute clean under pressure
- Someone who takes full ownership of their station — prep, service, clean-up
- A genuine passion for food, local ingredients, and doing things properly
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Red Seal or apprenticeship enrollment is a strong asset
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run your station through prep and service with consistency and pride
- Work with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from Ontario farmers and producers
- Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a strong team culture
- Uphold food safety and HACCP standards at all times
- Step up when it’s needed — this team counts on each other
EARNINGS & PERKS
- $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
