✅ World’s Largest Skatemill – A progressive 25-phase, 250+ drill curriculum that develops stride mechanics, power, and efficiency at all skill levels.
✅ High-Performance Skills Training Lanes – Designed to improve skating, puck control, passing, and shooting through repetition-based drills that focus on power, accuracy, and quick release—all crucial for increasing scoring ability.
✅ Atomic Hockey Academy – A school-and-athletics hybrid program, offering elite training alongside academics. Students will train on the skatemill, synthetic ice, and on-ice, ensuring a well-rounded development experience.
The Role
We are hiring Hockey Development Coaches to work with players ages 5-15, developing fundamental skills in a structured, high-energy, and professional training environment. These positions are year-round, with opportunities to assist in seasonal camps, on-ice programs, team training, and the upcoming Academy.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead small-area development sessions, skatemill training, and synthetic ice skills training.
- Work under our Head Coach to execute structured practice plans aligned with our curriculum and coaching philosophy.
- Coach a variety of sessions, including private lessons, small groups, team training, and seasonal programs.
- Prepare and execute challenging, progressive drills designed to maximize player potential.
- Provide feedback to players, parents, and coaches, helping athletes understand expectations and skill progression.
- Assist in the evaluation and tracking of player development.
- Support the setup and cleanup of training areas, ensuring a professional environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking dedicated and passionate hockey coaches who:
✔ Have a strong hockey background (playing or coaching experience preferred).
✔ Are skilled in skating mechanics, shooting, and puck control fundamentals.
✔ Enjoy working with youth athletes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
✔ Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔ Are team-oriented, reliable, and professional.
✔ Can work daytime, evenings, and weekends.
✔ Are willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check for working with the Vulnerable Sector.
