Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service department profitability
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop service advisors and technicians
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and quality standards are maintained
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with dealership leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to drive results and achieve departmental objectives
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
