Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Attic Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining attic insulation systems to improve energy efficiency and comfort for our clients. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential for success in this position. No experience is required; we are willing to train.
Responsibilities
- Install blown-in and batt insulation in attic spaces
- Prepare work areas, including sealing, covering, and protecting surfaces
- Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently
- Remove old or damaged insulation when required
- Follow all safety procedures, especially when working in confined or elevated spaces
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure job sites are clean
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, insulation installation, or related trades is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of caulking, hand tools, and basic construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license
Pay: $18.10-$47.15 per hour
