Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ARZ/DZ/AZ Driver & Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles and heavy equipment to transport freight safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight delivery, heavy equipment operation, and automotive repair, ensuring smooth logistics and maintenance of equipment. Responsibilities
- Safely operate ARZ or DZ class commercial vehicles
- Transport equipment, tools, soils, aggregates, plant material, and other jobsite supplies
- Tow trailers and handle heavier truck and trailer combinations safely
- Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment properly
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain driving records and report damage, delays, or mechanical issues promptly
- Assist with site work when needed
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other small equipment where qualified
What We're Looking For
- Valid ARZ/DZ/AZ license with a clean driving record
- Transport equipment, tools, soils, aggregates, plant material, and other jobsite supplies
- Tow trailers and handle heavier truck and trailer combinations safely
- Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment properly
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain driving records and report damage, delays, or mechanical issues promptly
- Assist with site work when needed
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other small equipment where qualified
- Physical ability to lift, load, unload, and perform manual tasks associated with freight handling
