Willie Cheng Law Office is a fast-growing real estate firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services. We are currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk (on-site only, no hybrid work) to join our team and play a key role in managing real estate transactions.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare closing documents for residential/commercial real estate files from start to finish
- Review and analyze on and off title searches and Agreement to prepare requisition letters
- Coordinate closing schedules with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and handle post-closing tracking and disbursements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years full-time experience specially handling residential or commercial real estate closings
- Unmatched Attention to Detail: You catch the typos, math discrepancies, and missing signatures that others miss.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and real estate closing software (e.g., Unity, Teraview, LLC)
- Communication: A professional, calm demeanor when managing last-minute closing changes with anxious clients or agents

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
