We're a fun, energetic indoor playground dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for children and families. This summer, we're looking for an enthusiastic Summer Camp Coordinator to lead our school-age camp program and create an exciting, safe, and engaging environment for our campers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead creative, age-appropriate activities for school-aged children (arts & crafts, STEM projects, games, challenges, themed days, etc.)
- Supervise and actively engage with campers throughout the day.
- Keep campers on schedule while ensuring activities run smoothly.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
- Manage transitions between activities, snack times, and free play.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and dependable.
- Comfortable leading groups of school-aged children.
- Experience working with children, camps, daycares, schools, or recreation programs is an asset.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Able to be active throughout the day, including standing, walking, and participating in games and activities.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (required before employment).
