Position Summary
Our employer partner is seeking a top-performing Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) to join a high-volume, fast-paced dealership shop. This role is ideal for someone who is serious about their trade and is looking for consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long-term stability. LMIA support may be available for qualified candidates who are currently in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on Kia vehicles and other makes
· Repair or replace major components, including engines, transmissions, drivetrains, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and related systems
· Complete maintenance services such as oil changes, inspections, tune-ups, and routine service work
· Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle condition and future repair needs
· Follow all safety procedures, manufacturer standards, and shop policies
· Contribute to a clean, professional, and team-oriented shop environment
Qualifications / Requirements
· Valid Ontario 310S License is required
· Valid Driver's License is required
· Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience is required
· Must currently reside in Ontario
· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
· Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
· Strong English communication skills
· Kia or Hyundai experience is considered an asset but is not required
· Kia or Hyundai EV Master Technician certification is considered a strong asset and may qualify for a $10,000 signing bonus
