Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong commitment to food safety and quality. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. A minimum of 2 years of cooking experience is required.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Plate dishes efficiently for service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times during meal preparation and service
Experience
- Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is required
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
