On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position requiring 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project involving large-scale multi-client web applications within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The focus is on the development and enhancement of these applications, ensuring they meet government standards and security protocols.
Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and expand data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications, including developing programming specifications and writing code.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software package use and operation, providing technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.
Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale multi-client web applications.
- 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Oracle or SQL database.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with RestAPI, RESTful WebServices.
- Knowledge of security gateways and protocols (JWT, Oauth2.0, SSL Certificates).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with government standards and security protocols.
- Experience in application architecture, front-end & back-end integration, API development.
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
