Position Overview:
As a Lube Technician at Ontario Hyundai, you will play a critical role in maintaining the performance and longevity of customer vehicles by performing essential routine maintenance services. You will ensure a safe and clean work environment, utilize various tools and machinery, effectively communicate with service advisors, and provide exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do:
Efficiently and accurately complete work listed on repair orders, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
Properly and safely utilize a variety of tools and equipment required for vehicle maintenance.
Drain oil from crankcase and refill with the required amount of oil, replace oil and air filters, inspect vehicle fluid, conduct tire rotations and inspections in the lube lane.
Regularly inspect tools and equipment, promptly reporting any safety concerns to management.
Video multi-point inspections.
Support the team’s daily operations by taking on additional duties as requested by management.
What You Bring:
A valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s License and a clean Driver Abstract
Previous experience as a Lube Technician is an asset
The ability to deliver exemplary customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle tools in a safe manner, complying with health and safety policies and procedures.
Must be available to work Saturdays on a regular basis
