Salary range 007: $123,800 à $154,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
‘What you’ll be responsible for each day:’
- Plans, organizes, and controls maintenance budgets (capital and operational) with cross-functional teams
- Leads and coordinates improvement, corrective, and equipment replacement projects
- Drives continuous improvement through performance monitoring, planning routines, and process control
- Optimizes workforce utilization and promotes team autonomy and efficiency
- Manages external contractors and client-supplier relationships to optimize costs and delivery
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all activities
- Develops and enhances plant automation, engineering, and maintenance performance programs using KPIs
Oversees team performance, employee relations, and departmental objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

‘The individual who will own this role’
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry and 24/7 operation
- Experience in production and maintenance, project management, and relevant experience in human resource management; both managerial and unionized staff preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or
- Red Seal certification
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
