Administrative Assistant – Gerry’s Cheapest Tree (Work From Home)
Gerry’s Cheapest Tree is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing arborist/tree service business. This is a work-from-home position — flexibility and self-direction are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Create and send invoices to clients
- Receive estimate requests and relay details to the crew/owner
- Discuss estimates with customers (pricing, scheduling, scope of work)
- Maintain organized records of jobs, invoices, and client communication
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments or pending estimates
Requirements:
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Comfortable using invoicing software (QuickBooks, or similar — training provided if needed)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to take calls
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior admin, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
- Must live in Edmonton, AB and know the area - required for scheduling
Job Type: Full-time - Remote
Seasonal 40 hours/ week
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
