About Loadify
Loadify is a cross-border freight brokerage moving FTL, LTL, and specialized freight across Canada and the US using Dry Vans, Temperature-Controlled Trailers, and more. We work with an extensive network of vetted carriers. We're not a call center. We're a lean, aggressive team that wins on relationships and execution.
This role is not for everyone.
We're looking for one thing: a Sales Executive with an existing book of business who's ready to bring it, grow it, and get paid what it's worth. If you don't have active shipper relationships you can bring to the table, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
What you'll do
- Bring and grow your own shipper accounts on Canada/US lanes
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, account growth
- Work closely with our ops team to keep your accounts serviced and sticky
- Build long-term relationships, not one-off loads
What we're looking for
- A proven book of business in freight brokerage or 3PL sales. This is non-negotiable
- A track record of hitting or exceeding gross profit targets
- Someone who wants equity in their own success, not just a paycheck
- Hunter mentality. Comfortable with commission-heavy comp
- Cross-border (Canada/US) experience strongly preferred
Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and book size
- Uncapped commission on gross profit generated
- Top performers in this seat can significantly out-earn a typical base-only sales role
- Fast track to senior BDM or account growth track for those who perform
