East Coast Credit Union is looking for a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager leads projects from initiation through completion, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and successful delivery. The role fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. As a champion of project management best practices, the Project Manager supports innovation, strengthens project delivery outcomes, and contributes to the Credit Union's strategic objectives and community initiatives.

You would…
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, initiation, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with change management principles and consulting with the Change Management Committee as required.
- Provide guidance to internal and external partners on defining project goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, resources, roles, and responsibilities, including work breakdown structures, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate the identification and alignment of partner expectations, ensuring clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the successful delivery of projects that support the Credit Union’s strategic initiatives within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Assist with Enterprise Intake meetings and maintain visibility into the project pipeline.
- Maintain and update the corporate project roadmap, providing timely progress updates to the broader organization.
- Leverage data and insights to inform leadership decisions regarding project performance, productivity, capacity, cost, quality, risk, and ROI.
- Design and deliver training on project management methodologies and best practices for both groups and individuals.
- Actively support and participate in community initiatives, representing the Credit Union at events, system conferences, and professional meetings.
You have…
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in project management, ideally within a structured Project Management Office.
You are…
- Knowledgeable in project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and change management practices, with proven ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects and risks.
- Skilled in developing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to monitor progress and inform leadership decisions.
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
