We also provide optional consultations with RCICs for eligibility and general immigration guidance, as well as consultations with employers on hiring and international recruitment needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled online consultation calls with candidates.
- Review candidate background, work experience, education, NOC/TEER direction, and Canadian immigration goals.
- Advise candidates on realistic immigration and work authorization options within RCIC professional scope.
- Explain LMIA-related pathways, employer-supported options, Express Entry, provincial pathways, and documentation considerations where applicable.
- Help candidates understand whether their occupation, experience, and profile are aligned with Canadian employer and immigration expectations.
- Identify missing information or documents needed before a candidate proceeds further.
- Provide clear post-call notes and recommended next steps.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and CICC compliance at all times.
Employer Requirements
- Must be an active RCIC in good standing with CICC.
- Must have experience advising foreign workers, skilled workers, students, or international candidates.
- Must be able to conduct video/phone consultations professionally.
- Must be available for scheduled consultation slots, including some evenings or weekends if required.
- Must document consultation outcomes clearly after each completed call.
Preferred Experience
- NOC/TEER assessment.
- Express Entry and PNP pathway guidance.
- LMIA-supported work permit understanding.
- Employer-supported immigration pathway experience.
- Experience reviewing candidate eligibility, work authorization status, and document readiness.
Contract, part-time, and freelance RCICs are also welcome. Multiple positions are available.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
