Our fast-growing, family-focused wellness practice is looking for a new Patient Care Advocate to add to our Oaktree Health team! We are looking for our Stittsville location.
We are looking for someone that is outgoing and has a passion for helping people and learning new things, who is a great communicator and connector, and is a lover and believer of all things natural health!

* Feels comfortable handling financials and money conversations
* Likes making spreadsheets and is extremely organized
* Confidently communicates with patients in emails, text messages, phone calls, and in person
* Loves to have FUN!
We provide initial training and ongoing weekly meetings and trainings with the team, occasional seminars and team building activities throughout the year. We are always looking to improve, grow and meet the team and the patients’ expectations.

As an administrative, your main responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Answering the phone/emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Creating and preparing patient files
- Greeting and directing patients to the appropriate rooms
- Processing payments
- Doing new patient exams and progress exams (Training at the clinic)
- Handout exercises & stretches (Training at the clinic)
- Using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
