As a Bilingual Outbound Sales Representative (French/English), you will be leading sales within our new tenant referral program though outbound calling activities from designated lead lists. Selling Bell TV, Internet and Home Phone services to residential users, you will be fully equipped to prospect and acquire new customers representing one of the most critical sales teams within the company and backed by one of Canada's most iconic brand and elite line of residential products.
The team is seeking individuals who are self-motivated, results-driven and passionate about providing customers the best customer experience and products available on the market.

What you will do:
Establish contact with new and existing customers to drive sales
Understand the customer’s needs and objections
Appeal to your inner problem solver to overcome objections
Propose available packages and/or services tailored to the customers’ needs
In certain cases, resolve the dissatisfaction of former clients and gain back their trust in the product
Ensure the highest level of satisfaction of the customers at all times
Walk consumers through the benefits analysis, customized to the feedback they provide
Achieve monthly sales targets
Use and adapt to constantly evolving technological tools
Proven sales experience with emphasis on customer service.
Proven success in a relevant direct sales position is essential
Strong sales skills, particularly in prospecting, cold calling and relationship development
Extensive knowledge of Bell and competitor services in the residential market.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 11AM-7PM
