Please note that experience in the Trades is not required but is an asset. Our training program will cover any gaps in technical expertise.

Requirements
- The person selected in this role needs to be available for a full-time workload and have some flexiblity to their schedule. Evening/weekend work is not an every week occurence but it will be required some times.
- Fast learner. The person selected in this role needs to be good with their hands. We work across a few different trades including roofing, siding, and decking. You do not need to be as skilled as the labourers on the team but you do need to be able to learn the trade.
- People skills. We train those selected really well when it comes to interacting with people but we only select those who are already pretty advanced in this skillset.
- A hard work ethic. Tradeswork is hard. Managing people is hard.
