Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager (General License)
McCall Wynne Property Management Inc. is an established and growing condominium management company serving Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Condominium Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Oshawa, Ontario.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominium corporations, working closely with Boards of Directors, owners, residents, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful operation and governance of each community.
Qualifications
- General License issued by the CMRAO in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of condominium management experience in Ontario.
- Experience managing residential and commercial condominium corporations considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998, governing documents, and condominium best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Boards of Directors and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and proficient with computers.
Required:
- Advanced working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, meeting packages, and electronic records.
- Experience with Yardi is considered a significant asset.
- Experience with electronic document management systems and virtual meeting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial condominium corporations.
- Attend and facilitate Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Owners' Meetings as required.
- Prepare management reports, agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
- Advise Boards on governance, operations, maintenance, and legislative compliance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Oversee maintenance projects, contract administration, and capital projects.
- Assist with budgeting, financial review, reserve fund projects, and invoice approvals.
- Respond to owner, resident, and Board inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Participate in the company's after-hours emergency rotation.
