- A current active membership with a Canadian Law Society, with 5 + years of experience
- Registered Canadian Patent Agent
- Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in Canada
- Qualification as a US Patent Agent with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the US would be an additional asset
- While meeting all of these requirements is most preferred, applications with a similar set of skills and experience may also be considered.
