Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to handle incoming and outgoing customer phone calls.
Duties
- Record pertinent information from incoming customer calls
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and internal management software.
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and ensure proper organization of office files and records
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and basic financial record keeping
- Consistent application of basic mathematical skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle filing systems, proofreading documents, and perform basic administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and communication skills
Pay: $19.00 per hour
