Metric Innovative Solutions (MIS) is growing fast, and we’re looking for a proven solar closer/team lead who excels in self-generation and knows how to take a lead from initial contact to a signed deal. This role is for someone confident, driven, and capable of generating their own opportunities while also leading a team.
At MIS, our engineering team handles all the technical heavy lifting — design, electrical support, and system execution. We need a closer whose passion is sales, who can generate their own pipeline, communicate value clearly, and lead a small team of setters and future closers toward consistent performance.

What You’ll Do
- Self-generate solar leads through personal outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Close both self-generated and company-provided solar leads.
- Lead, coach, hire, and motivate a small team of solar lead setters and eventually closers.
- Train setters to properly book high-intent appointments.
- Run virtual or in-person consultations with homeowners or businesses.
- Deliver clean, confident presentations and secure signed contracts.
- Maintain CRM organization and follow a structured, efficient sales process.
- Work directly with MIS engineers to ensure seamless project handoff.

- Minimum 1 year of experience closing solar sales — non-negotiable.
- Proven track record of self-generation and closing deals.
- Strong communicator with natural influence and presence.
- Confident leader who can manage or build a setter team.

Compensation
This position is 100% commission — ideal for closers who want uncapped earnings and are confident in their ability to perform.
