A Day In The Life…
- Repairing and replacing auto glass through in-shop and mobile service, using approved methods, tools, and techniques
- Ensuring equipment, materials and areas of operation comply to all regulations and requirements
- Daily shop maintenance
- Transporting auto glass to various locations
- Disassembling automotive door panels and other hardware
- Maintaining accurate and complete records, including required paperwork
- Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.
What You Bring To CAG…
- Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and are dependable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools and equipment, as well as a motor vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
- Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time while gripping and lifting
What We Require From You…
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience in auto glass is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver’s Abstract is required.
- Record of Conduct is required;
