Practice Operations Manager
Full-time | Canmore, Alberta
Radiance Plastic Surgery is seeking an organized, proactive Practice Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our private plastic surgery practice and CPSA accredited Non-Hospital Surgical Facility.
Working closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, the Practice Operations Manager will coordinate administrative operations, support staff, oversee key business processes, and ensure the clinic continues to operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding
- Administer payroll, employee benefits, RSP contributions, and personnel records
- Support employee performance management and policy administration
Practice Operations
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
- Oversee surgical scheduling and booking logistics, including coordination with Banff Mineral Springs Hospital
- Maintain facilities, supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers
Financial Administration
- Coordinate vendor payments and billing submissions
- Assist with month-end financial processes alongside the bookkeeping team
- Monitor operational expenses and support budget tracking
Systems Administration
- Manage user access and permissions for Accuro, Medeo, OceanMD, Nutshell CRM, Microsoft 365, and other clinic systems
- Support workflow improvements and process documentation
Compliance
- Support CPSA accreditation requirements and ongoing regulatory compliance
- Assist with maintaining clinic policies, procedures, and documentation
- Promote privacy, quality assurance, and operational consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of operations, practice management, or healthcare administration experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with payroll, HR administration, scheduling, and vendor management
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, EMR software, or CRM systems is considered an asset
- Familiarity with Alberta healthcare regulations, including CPSA, HIA, and PIPA, is considered an asset
Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Canmore, Alberta. Applicants should be currently living in the Bow Valley or have confirmed plans to relocate prior to starting employment.
Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
