Responsibilities
- Lead and support the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacists of BC standards
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and the local community
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Previous community pharmacy experience
- Leadership or pharmacy management experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for patient care and expanding clinical pharmacy services
