Soluzione Spa Products is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator & Inventory Coordinator to support our warehouse operations team during an 18-month maternity leave coverage period.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys administration, inventory management, logistics coordination, and working within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting warehouse documentation, inventory accuracy, shipping coordination, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Flexible Hours (Based on Operational Needs)
Hours will be scheduled based on warehouse volume and operational requirements.
· Weekly hours will range from 25 to 30 hours per week
· Shifts will be pre-scheduled where possible and communicated in advance
· Flexibility is required during peak warehouse periods, inventory cycles, and shipment schedules
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Administration
· Maintain warehouse records, documentation, and filing systems
· Process receiving documents, purchase orders, and shipment records
· Coordinate courier and freight shipments
· Enter and maintain inventory and shipment information within company systems
· Assist with inventory reporting and administrative support functions.
· Support ERP/WMS system updates and ensure data accuracy timely updates of batch codes
Inventory Coordination
· Monitor inventory levels and stock movement
· Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
· Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions
· Support inventory organization and stock accuracy initiatives
· Track damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory items. Provide timely reports.
· Generate inventory reports and assist management with inventory analysis
Warehouse Operations Support
· Work alongside warehouse staff to support receiving, shipping, and fulfillment activities
· Assist with product labeling, organization, and warehouse projects as required
· Communicate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal team members regarding shipments and inventory matters
· Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures
· Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
· Coordinate urgent shipments and help resolve shipping or inventory-related issues when required
Qualifications
· Previous administrative, inventory, logistics, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Understanding of Zoho, Shopify, or similar inventory/order management systems is preferred but not required
· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
· Experience with inventory management systems is an asset
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment

Important Information
This is a temporary maternity leave coverage position anticipated to begin in late July 2026 and continue for approximately 18 months. Weekly hours may vary between 30 and 40 hours based on operational requirements.While future opportunities may become available, employment beyond the maternity leave coverage period is not guaranteed.
