Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and more.
- Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any client concerns or questions effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding the benefits of treatments and aftercare recommendations for optimal results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and medical terminology to enhance service delivery and professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with relevant certifications from an accredited institution.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
