The Saumure Group of Companies is a Family Owned/ Operated Multi-Residential/ Commercial Developer, General Contractor, Property Management Company and includes various other businesses.
With our continued development and growth, we are looking to hire an individual responsible for Ground Maintenance. The Ground Maintenance crew are responsible for all aspects of safe and efficient lawn and property maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Performing landscape maintenance duties such as mowing and grass trimming
- Raking and cleaning up debris
- Operating a variety of mechanical equipment including commercial mowers, blowers, and grass trimmers
- Other duties as assigned
In order to be successful in this position, you must:
- Be able to lift, bend and carry effectively; ability to walk and stand for long periods.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude; willingness to learn and follow directions
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively as a team
- Be willing and able to work outside in all weather
- Comply with all company safety policies and regulations
- Have a valid G Drivers License
Pay rate will be based on experience and other factors.
