We have an immediate opening for a Financial Services Manager at Murray Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, we are looking for an energetic professional with superior sales and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities and Duties
- work closely with the sales team and their customers to conduct due diligence over all the financial details of the lease or purchase of their vehicle, while maintaining confidentiality of pertinent data;
- provide services to help customers obtain financing on vehicles through numerous prime and non-prime financial sources;
- review customer’s credit reports with a strong understanding of the appropriate lender needed to secure an approval;
- present our financial and automotive protection packages;
- completing all the necessary paperwork including purchase agreements, financial, manufacture’s and licensing documentation;
- process financing and leasing deals accurately, ensuring they meet all federal, provincial, corporate and manufacturer regulations;
- establish and maintain good working relationships with all respective lenders, product and service suppliers;
- encourage the development of lasting client-dealership relationships and completely satisfied customers;
- provide support to the sales and service teams;
- handle a variety of post-delivery customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
We seek a positive, energetic and ambitious individual who gives exceptional customer service, has superior organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast paced team-oriented environment, and possesses attention to detail. The ideal candidate has either direct Financial Services Manager experience, is a high performing Automotive Sales representative or is a proven performer in a related industry. Experience in both prime and non-prime lending is an asset.
This is a full time position that will require some evening and weekend shifts. We will thoroughly train the right individual during our comprehensive training program.
