- Must have Food Handlers Certificate
- Must have a minimum of 6-12 months customer service experience
- Possess a strong commitment to deliver exceptional guest service
- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and with purpose and urgency
- Ability to respond professionally and empathically to guest concerns/complaints
- To respond promptly to guest needs & follow through effectively
- Attention to details
- Care of presentation of food items and ensure items are presented according to standard
- Mindful of inventory levels and the ability to order according to hotel business levels
- Adhere to all Company, hotel & departmental policies

- Must have the ability to communicate verbally & in writing in a professional manner to guest and staff
- Must be able to work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to achieve and maintain standards.

- Must be efficient, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks
