Harco Enterprises Ltd. is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Temporary Machine Operator to support our Plastics Division.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products. While this role is temporary, there may be opportunities for extension based on business needs.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional shift work may be required based on production requirements
Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and related equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Trim, package, and label products as required
- Monitor machine operation and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete basic production documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other production duties as required
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset but not required
- Experience in plastics manufacturing is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
