Salon Rouge is seeking a motivated and sales-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about customer service, you know and enjoy Selling,love the beauty industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Promote and sell salon services, retail products, and gift certificates
- Book, reschedule, and manage client appointments
- Coordinate with hairstylists to manage daily schedules
- Follow up with clients for confirmations and rebooking
- Handle POS transactions, cash, and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon environment
- Assist with social media posting and client engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Salon or beauty industry experience is an asset
