Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position requires attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products.
- Follow food safety protocols.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to enhance guest experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, and food safety standards.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively .
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
