Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist / Housekeeping / Laundry professional! This vibrant role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk management, personalized customer service, and meticulous housekeeping and laundry services. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from check-in to check-out. Duties
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, including reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records of stays and billing information
- Handle guest inquiries with clear communication and excellent phone etiquette, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Manage laundry services by sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linens and guest clothing as needed
- Assist with guest services by providing local information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with industry standards
- Multilingual or bilingual skills would be an advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of hospitality operations including housekeeping procedures and laundry management is desirable
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty
