Retail Salesperson

If you’re a seasoned retail salesperson with a warm personality and a knack for selling clothing, this might be the place for you!
This position is best suited for an individual who is comfortable in fast paced environments, self motivated, works well in a team and is extremely trustworthy. An appreciation for our clothing and our shop is an asset!
Day to day:
You’ll restock, fold and tidy our beautiful clothing with care, provide pressure free friendly customer service, answer phone calls, use a simple iPad till and take orders for out of stock items. You’ll be needed across busy seasons including holidays and weekends & also may open/close alongside our manager or senior staff.
Team Member Prerequisites:
- 4 years minimum in a boutique or elevated retail store Is required to make this new role transition as seamless as possible.
- Will need to have weekend and holiday availability.
- Experience with iPads or another modern POS systems.
- Punctual, trustworthy & a reliable person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong team-work attitude and customer satisfaction mentality.
- The ability to lift heavy boxes (multiple shipments arrive from FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post every month).
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Speaks fluent English.

- 35-40 hours/week - schedule to be determined in consultation with the successful candidates..typical day would be 9:30-6 depending on time of year.
