We are currently seeking a Regular Full-Time Clerk to join our National Contact Centre (NCC) team in Sudbury, Ontario.

In this role you will contribute to efficient day-to-day operations by providing clerical and administrative support to National Contact Centre (NCC) departments, managers, supervisors and support staff. You will practice good judgement in the performance of job responsibilities and promote NCC objectives through good interpersonal skills, adhering to required operating procedures and processes.

Responsibilities:
Greets all visitors/clients to the NCC, answers questions and follows procedures for non-NCC staff entering and exiting premises.
Answers and directs incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks both within the Support Services department as well as for other NCC departments.
Provides accurate Word, Excel and Power Point support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Takes an active role in the development and delivery of NCC Events and incentive programs and challenges.
Assists with organizing meetings and/or special events, including arranging for catering, rooms and distribution of information.
Conducts peer review of timekeeping entries as necessary.
Handles incoming/outgoing mail including the reconciliation of Stem Cell registry shipments.
Maintains and refreshes provisions of NCC office supplies.
Troubleshoots office equipment malfunctions in the absence of on-site support, maintain IT equipment supplies, and replenish paper supplies as needed.
Compiles, types/keyboards, updates, files and maintains correspondence, reports, templates, manuals and statistical data.

Required Skills
Grade 12 diploma required, preferably with business subjects.
A minimum of 2 years relevant office experience is required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite is required.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to effectively work with various staff levels and the public.
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
The ability to take direction from numerous people is required.
