Job Summary
Seaport Social is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Team Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily restaurant operations, food preparation, guest service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while helping create exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and workstations
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
