Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a solid background in manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse management systems. Bilingual abilities in French and English are a plus, along with proficiency in various computer applications and ERP systems. Duties
Warehouse Operations Indoor and Outdoor (Primary Focus)
· Oversee all day-to-day warehouse activities on the floor, including receiving, put-away, picking, and loading.
· Manage all storage areas bonded and regular locations.
· Enforce correct product stacking, labelling, and rotation (FIFO/FEFO) through active floor supervision.
· Perform routine walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
· Immediately correct handling issues, safety risks, or product integrity concerns.
Inventory Control
· Maintain accurate inventory through physical verification and regular cycle counts.
· Actively investigate discrepancies by checking product on the floor, not just in the system.
· Track product locations, movements, and status (hold, release, damaged, etc.).
· Ensure all products are properly labelled and traceable at all times.
· Support physical inventory counts and ensure warehouse accuracy.
Receiving & Shipping
· Supervise and assist with unloading and verification of incoming product (SKU’s matching ASN, weights, Ti-Hi’s, physical condition, etc).
· Ensure proper documentation is completed accurately at time of receiving/shipping.
· Oversee order picking and loading to ensure correct product, quantities, and handling.
· Work closely with team members to keep shipments moving efficiently and on schedule.
Planning & Support
· Work closely with the Inventory Coordinator to support weekly operational planning.
· Ensure manpower allocations based on inbound and outbound activity.
· Prepare weekly WAR’s and work alongside Inventory Coordinator to ensure proper and accurate billing is captured.
· Identify supply gaps or logistics constraints that may impact the operational plan and bring solutions, not just problems.
· Track daily operational yield and work on creating SOP’s to sharpen labor utilization.
Team Leadership
· Lead, supervise, and work alongside warehouse staff during daily operations.
· Assign tasks and adjust priorities in real time based on workload.
· Train staff on proper handling, safety, and storage procedures.
· Enforce safe work practices, including forklift operation and PPE use.
· Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork.
Safety & Compliance
· Ensure strict adherence to safety standards through daily enforcement.
· Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse conditions at all times.
· Support inspections by demonstrating strong operational control on the floor.
· Ensure full traceability of all products through proper handling and documentation.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a manufacturing or warehouse distribution setting. 8+ years (combined in warehousing with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Windows operating systems.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety regulations, must have valid ticket
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills for team management and cross-department collaboration.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
