This is a unique opportunity for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a highly established company, a national wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products. This role is fully on-site in Saskatoon and offers strong growth in a stable, team-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Process orders and convert quotes into sales (primarily via phone)
- Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships
- Grow existing accounts through upholding exceptional customer service and service standards
- Track orders, lead times, and support project coordination
- Resolve customer issues and collaborate with internal teams
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2+ years in customer service or inside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proactive, takes ownership from start to finish
- Comfortable learning new systems (ERP/Excel)
