This is an ideal position for a versatile and attentive to detail accounting professional who can take on a wide range of bookkeeping duties. In this role, you will work with many team members in our small Calgary office.
Role: Bookkeeper
- Posting entries of audited Accounts Payable
- Data Entry in Accounting Software Simply/Sage/Quickbooks Enterprise Accounting
- Audit and Data Entry of Daily Sales
- Bank Reconciliations
- Experience & Understanding of Credit/Debit transactions and Chargebacks
- Take Customer calls for any Credit/Debit Chargebacks
- Flexibility to process A/R & A/P when needed
- Support the Controller in generating Income Statements
- Open for Multitasking in fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business and/or Accounting
- One year of experience in a similar role
- Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks Enterprise Version & Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Organizational, And Time Management Skills Are Essential.
- Ability to operate efficiently both independently and as part of a team environment.
- Attention and detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$57,500.00 per year
