Position Overview
We’re hiring a Grounds Maintenance Team Member to help us finish out the summer season. This role includes a variety of outdoor property care tasks and may lead into a winter position with opportunities for snow removal and de-icing.
Responsibilities
- Perform grounds maintenance services such as lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property upkeep.
- Assist with landscape cleanups and seasonal tasks.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Work efficiently with the team to complete daily service routes.
- Provide excellent service and attention to detail on client properties.
Qualifications
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is an asset, but not required—training provided.
- Preferred experience with Zero turn mower equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
