What You Will Do
- You’ll play a key role in keeping our accounting and administrative functions running smoothly. Your
- responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivable: Collections, payment processing, and managing outstanding accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Posting bills, preparing vendor reports, and coordinating vendor
- payments.
- Payment Processing: Handling credit card transactions, cheques, and electronic payments.
- Reconciliations: Completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Financial Support: Assisting with financial reporting and basic analysis.
- Record Management: Maintaining organized electronic records for the Accounting
- Department.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance across multiple
- departments.
What You Bring
- A solid understanding of basic accounting and business principles.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage multiple tasks in a small business environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors.
- Previous experience in office management and/or bookkeeping (1 year preferred, not
- required).

Pay: $22.00-$24.50 per hour
