Key Responsibilities:
In charge of outside sales, doing quote visits and sending quotes/proposals to clients.
You will be responsible to cold outreach, target property managers, and residential clients, promoting our comprehensive gardening and snow removal services. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to drive growth and secure long-term contracts in the landscaping industry, as well as target new and existing Homeowners to sell maintenance services.
As needed: help out team captain with starting staff off in the morning going over jobs, doing site checks at the beginning and end of day if needed.
Dealing with upset customers, doing site checks to meet customers on site to find solutions to issues. When operations can’t handle.
Liaison for operations manager between staff and customers.
Help affect change in the company, improve company policies and culture
Help promote staff events/bbqs.
Set reminders to revisit projects to ensure they are progressing through the timeline at appropriate intervals and have not stalled if necessary.
Conduct scheduled property inspections for all maintenance customers, and provide a maintenance report afterwards at least once per year.
Ensure job-completion walkthroughs are scheduled & completed when necessary.
Check CRM daily for implementation items assigned to you and complete as scheduled.
Demonstrates leadership and a desire to grow within the company.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, landscaping, horticulture, gardening, and construction.
A driver's license
Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong written and oral communicator in English
Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving abilities
Thrives on meeting new people and building relationships
Highly motivated, energetic, person who works independently with an ability to work effectively to deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a faced paced environment
Great team player that is professional, personable and conscientious

Total compensation from 70-200k (Range)
